Return Policy:

All merchandise may be returned for merchandise credit or replacement for a period of 60 days from date of shipment. Copy of receipt included is appreciated.
Upon receipt of merchandise, credit will be issued to your credit card account for the dollar amount of the items, not including any original shipping costs.
A RESTOCKING FEE MAY APPLY FOR RETURNED ITEMS. To avoid this
charge please return the merchandise in original condition.
You may use USPS with Delivery Confirmation to insure your tracking ability.

Before returning any merchandise you must obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization #(RMA) by sending an e-mail to us at:
customer-service@jigsawgenie.com.
Merchandise for return may not be accepted without an RMA number on the outside of the package. All authorized Returns may be sent to:

Manufacturer's defective merchandise will be returned for full credit within 30 days. Lane Products, Inc. will reimburse customer for USPS Priority Mail Shipping costs for return of defective merchandise. Please use Delivery Confirmation to insure tracking ability.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, product prices and availability
may change without notice. In such case, we will notify you before shipment.

Back Orders:

Should an item be out of stock when you place your order (unlikely, but
possible) you will be notified by e-mail that the item is on Back Order along with an estimated time of when we expect to have the item back in stock.
You may at your option wait for the Back Order or cancel that item.
If you cancel the item, credit will be issued to your credit card immediately or when the item becomes available, we will ship your Back Order.

merchandise.
